How to add line breaks in the Details field when triggered by an email

Hello, is there a configuration to do the following:

  1. Reformat the “details” field in the notification email to include the line breaks?
  2. Augment the size of the notification email to be higher then 500 characters as per: https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/email-integration-guide#:~:text=Truncation%20of%20Incident%20Details%20in,or%20via%20the%20mobile%20app.
